- Prospect, make calls, utilize lead generation platforms, identify decision-makers, generate interest, qualify prospects, work along with the Solutions and Account Executives team to win the opportunity.
- Learn proven sales methodologies, and industry best practices, and utilize sales tech stack to build a predictable sales pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Engage with inbound leads and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and progress.
- Effectively communicate product value and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and the solutions team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales data and utilize CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
REPORTING LINE
- Reports directly to the Vice President I, Sales.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with potential customers.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Capable of working on CRM systems and sales productivity tools to manage and track customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sales processes and guidelines.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATION
- BE CSE/ISE, MCA, and MBA from an accredited University.
